An old favourite paid survey panel, GlobalTestMarket, has now rebranded as Life Points. This is the US version of the site.

When this survey panel was GlobalTestMarket, it was one of the oldest and most reliable paid survey companies around. Other than the change of name, it doesn’t look like anything major has changed.

The site states:

“Our Community is home to an exciting group of like-minded consumers who share a passion for building a better world and experiencing the value of their opinions. We have members from over 40 countries shaping how the world will look tomorrow and for years to come.

As a LifePoints Community member, you will be able to complete surveys, take part in the games, competitions and free giveaways.”

For every survey completed, you earn points, which are called LifePoints. LifePoints can be redeemed for gift cards and cash via PayPal. There are usually loads of different brands under the Gift Card option for you to choose from. Just check in the rewards section of your account for more details of the various Gift Cards available. These will differ depending on which country you reside. Also offers an option to donate to charity.

LifePoints do expire, according to the site:

“30 days from initial registration or within any 90 days period, after no member activity. To keep your account “Active” means that you have joined the panel and participated in a survey or other activity on the site within 30 days from your initial registration or within any 90 day period.”

Don’t forget this is the US version of the site and is therefore only intended for residents of the USA. If you would like to join your country specific panel, please search the blog.
